Silver with gilt wings and Czech coat-of-arms, maker marked "FP", marked with a "5" inside a triangle, "800" (silver), number stamped "2116", with the number "30" scratched on the reverse, 48.8 mm x 63.7 mm, all three clips intact, contact marks on the reverse, near extremely fine.
