Verdun Medal, Type II (bronze, engraver marked "VERNIER" on the obverse, 26.7 mm, without ribbon, spotting on the reverse); and Verdun Commemorative Medal (bronze, engraver marked "S.E. VERNIER 1917" on the obverse, 36.8 mm, discolouration evident on the obverse). Better than very fine.
