A very fine quality manufacture Kreisstelle Kemnath; constructed of fine aluminum bullion hand embroidery displaying an eagle clutching a wreath with a swastika, with “Kreiststelle Kemnath” hand embroiderd directly beneath, and fine bullion surrounding the triangle shape; on gray felt backing, with a paper backer; unmarked; measuring 121 mm x 61 mm; better than extremely fine condition.
