A NSDAP Ortsgruppe/Zellenleiter and Haubtbetriebsobermann Armband; RZM Tagged

An exceptionally preserved NSDAP Ortsgruppenleiter armband; constructed of high quality manufacture red cotton, centering a black ribbed swastika with a single gilded pip in the center, superimposed on a white cotton circle (slightly discoloured to an even champagne-colour); both edged by golden bullion threading; extending on both sides of the swastika are strips of fabric with oak leaves in golden bullion, edged by a double row of twisted bullion wire; along the edge on both sides of the armband is baby-blue piping, with an additional row of twisted golden bullion directly above/underneath; on the reverse is a RZM manufacturer’s tag stamped “23” and numbered “No. 191838”; measuring approximately 522 mm x 128 mm; a few small moth nips on the red fabric; factory open-ended (not sewn together at the ends); in better than extremely fine unused condition.
