The first page states the occasion, the 6th Summer Competition Games of the Hitler Youth in Breslau (Wrocław, modern day Poland), August 23 to 30, 1942. Page 2 is empty. Page 3 states that the boy Achatz from the district of Hessen-Nassau (13) came in third in the 400 meter sprint, running it in 50.1 seconds. For that he was awarded this document and a bronze victor’s pin. The document carries the facsimile of the signature of Reich Youth Leader Artur Axmann (1913–1996). Page 4 is empty.
