A 1921 Weimar Republic Army and Navy Championships Medal

Bronze with a gold-coloured wash, obverse illustrating a helmeted soldier surrounded by an open-ended wreath of oak leaves, inscribed "DEM-SIEGER" above and "PREIS" below, reverse with an octagonal outline and inscribed "MEISTERSCHAFTEN DES REICHS: HEERES UND DER REICHSMARINE 1921", 50.7 mm, semblance of a post above the helmet indicative of a previous suspension, light contact, better than very fine.
