A HJ (Hitlerjugend/Deutsche Jugend) / DJ (Hitler Youth/German Youths) West Hessen-Nassau District Sleeve Patch; constructed of white embroidery BeVo style lettering on a black cotton/rayon blended backer; RZM tagged and numbered “A4/810” and “No. 428080” on the reverse; measuring 97 mm x 48 mm; unworn condition with some red/pink ink washed from the tag onto some of the white threading on the reverse.
