A Military Order of Adolphe of Nassau; Commander's Set

An impressive and well executed commander's cross set (silver gilt with white enamelled cross and crown, Gold and blue enamelled centrepiece ring on the obverse, hallmarked, maker marked "A.B. & Co." and marked "800" (silver) on the loop, measuring 47 mm x 76.8 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, on its full-length neck ribbon); and Breast Star (silver gilt with blue and white enamels, hallmarked, maker marked "A.B. & Co." and marked "800" (silver) on the pin, measuring 62.2 mm x 63 mm, vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs). Intact enamels, extremely fine. Accompanied by their 9.8 mm x 37.5 mm Ribbon Bar with 7 mm Rosette attached, and 9.3 mm Rosette with push pin attachment. An excellent set of superb quality.
