An Honourary Certificate for Exceptional Flower Decorating & Beautification

A certificate for exceptional flower decorations, measuring 210x297mm, extremely fine condition with creases and age discolouration. The certificate was awarded by the NSDAP Gau of Koblenz-Trier, western Germany. They had organised a project to decorate houses and villages with flowers in order to increase a sense of local pride and increase tourism in the area. The recipient is the “Widow Blankenheim” from the town of Kruft, who excelled in this task. The document is dated to Koblenz, October 1935, and carries a facsimile of Gau Leader Gustav Simon (1900–1945).
