Two-piece construction; in silver (marked “935” on the reverse) with a silver helmet and black enamels; converted to a pinback badge; marked with “STH” (Der Stahlhelm) and “Ges. Gesch.” (Gesetzlich Geschützt) on the reverse; also inscribed with “I Ost. 472” and “5.5.24”; measuring 30.44 mm in diameter; weighing 13.2 grams; with a 59 mm long stick pin; near extremely fine condition.
