Two-piece construction, silver insignia mounted to a solid 18K Gold with red, yellow, green and blue enamelled cross base, marked "18K" (Gold), maker marked and engraved in italic capitals "AL MERITO NOTARIAL" on the reverse, 40.5 mm x 45.3 mm, on its original purple neck ribbon with locking tab closure, nicks in the red enamels on the upper and left arms, extremely fine.
