Armbands include: Cook (baker’s hat), Artificer (crossed hammers), Saddler (saddle), Pioneer (crossed axes), and Farrier (horseshoe). Colors signify: Yellow – Cavalry, White – Engineers, Red – Artillery, Light Blue - Infantry; Eleven of the armbands in navy blue felt, with various die-cut shapes, felt patches sewn in place on the reverse of each and visible from the front through the voided area on the blue felt of the armband, patches: four in yellow, four in red, two in white and one in light blue. Four of the armbands in light brown cotton, with various die-cut shapes, felt patches sewn in place on the reverse of each and visible from the front through the voided area on the brown cotton of the armband, patches: two in white, one in red and one in yellow.
