A WWII Croatian Preliminary Award Document (Vorschlag) to 3 German NCO's with Signature of Ante Pavelić

A large size document (21cm x 33cm), listing 3 German NCO's, who were approved for the award of the Small Silver Ante Pavelic medal for Bravery; reason for the award was; " for very brave conduct in the battles against the bandits (partisans)"; dated 29. May 1944. With original signatures of Usasha Colonel on the left and ink Signature of leader Ante Pavelić on the right side. In very fine condition. With there copies of the same document, but these without signatures; all contained within a paper holder, dated in Zagreb, 1944.
