In silvered feinzink; obverse illustrating a civilian on the left, and a soldier on the right shaking hands; inscribed “Westbau 1938” above and “Julius Berger Tiefbau A.G, Berlin” below; the inscription separated by swastikas; reverse inscribed “Limes Abschnitt Karlsruhe”; on loop for suspension; without ribbon; measuring 35.98 mm in diameter; weighing 19.1 grams; light silvering wear; better than very fine condition.
