A Polish 9th Bolonski Battalion of 3rd Carpathian Rifles Division; 2nd Corps Badge

Poland : Silvered bronze with red, white, blue and orange enamels, illustrating a crowned eagle with a shield at the right, the shield inscribed across the top "9Bn.S.K.-21-IV-1945" and designed with four panels, red crosses on white fields in opposite corners, with "LIBERTAS" on an angle in the other two corners, 44 mm x 53.5 mm, maker marked "F.M. LORIOLI MILANO-ROMA" on the screwback, intact enamels, traces of silvering remains on the obverse, silvering remains in place on the reverse, light contact, better than very fine.
