It is dated to August 5, 1942 and carries a typewritten signature by Dr. Stach, Oberstabsarzt (Senior Staff Doctor) and Commander of the Battalion. It is further signed in pencil by a Stabsarzt (Staff Doctor) and Company Leader, the name could be Dr. Kellner or similar.
