A Single Panzergrenadier “Großdeutschland” Leutnant Rank Shoulder Board

A fine Wehrmacht Heer (Army) Panzergrenadier “Großdeutschland” Division Lieutenant shoulder board; constructed of silvery-grey twisted thread in the form of four cords in a Russian-braid U-formation; with a bright pink wool underside extending over the edge, thus giving it a pink (Rosa) Waffenfarbe - the pink wool glows orange when exposed to UV light, as is expected, due to the fabric dyes used; with a single silvered Großdeutschland cypher on the obverse, with both prongs fully intact on the reverse; measuring 103 mm x 34 mm; uniform removed, in better than very fine condition.
