A Yugoslavian Order of the Republic with Silver Wreath; Cased Early Version

Yugoslavia (Socialist Republic): Three-piece construction, silver gilt with red and white enamels, maker marked "IKOM" and marked "900" (silver) on the reverse of the star base, 45.5 mm x 47.7 mm, horizontal pinback, crazing evident in the white enamels, scattered gilt wear, scratches on the reverse, better than very fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia coat-of-arms on the lid and on the inside lid, black recessed velvet medal bed framed by a pleated white fabric lining, small indentation and scuff mark on the lid, edge wear on the exterior, light soiling on the inside lid, case near very fine.
