A 1942 Regional NSDAP Certificate with Photo of Recipient

A certificate, measuring 202x229mm, better than very fine condition with a few small tears and four punched holes, three of which have been ripped; and a photo of the recipient, measuring 40x64mm, near extremely fine with some creasing and light scuffing. The document is issued by the NSDAP regional group administration in Wasserliesch (at the border to Luxembourg) on August 23, 1942 and states that Nikolaus Lutz has been a member of the Opferring since November 1, 1934, and has been transferred into the NSDAP on October 1, 1940, member no. 8,191,757. The Opferring was a non-NSDAP institution that fundraised for the NSDAP. The document is signed in pencil by the treasurer, his name could be Josef Kolner or similar. The photo shows Lutz in an EM uniform. He wears an Infantry Assault Badge, a Wound Badge in Black, and a ribbon for the Eastern Front Medal.
