A formal letter, measuring 148x210mm, near extremely fine condition with folding creases, one minor rip, and three minor holes. It was sent from the NSDAP district office in Frankfurt/Oder to the Reich Railroad directory in Stettin, concerning Rottenführer Albert Becker. On April 17, 1942, the Reich Railroad directory had asked if a promotion for Becker would be acceptable for the NSDAP district office. Now, on April 28, they write back that Becker will always support the national socialist government, so that a promotion will not be challenged. The document has two signatures, both indecipherable. On the reverse, the Reich Railroad directory acknowledges the information and states that there is now nothing that stands in the way of Becker’s promotion to Rottenmeister.
