A Second War German Kriegsmarine Coastal Artillery War Badge

A textbook “Kriegsabzeichen für Marineartillerie”: in silvered and gilded zink, with nearly all of the original gilding remaining; the obverse in the shape of a gilded oval oak leaf wreath, with a national eagle on the top of the badge clutching a mobile swastika, and a naval artillery gun pointing towards the top right, extending past the wreath, in the centre of the badge; the reverse with a vertical needle pin; sheet metal hinge; and a round wire catch; unmarked; measuring 53.56 mm x 40.52 mm; near extremely fine condition.
