This is a photograph depicting Hermann Göring, Ernst Röhm, as well as other top leaders of the SA, likely being Franz Pfeffer von Solomon and Viktor Lutze. It is signed by Hermann Göring himself in black ink, and with white numerals labeling each character in this photograph as they perform the German salute standing before of a row of SA horsemen. The photograph is dated “20.9.1933” on the reverse. It measures124 mm x 89 mm, with some residue on the reverse from previous collector’s mounting, in overall extremely fine condition.
Footnote: This is one of a series of autographs collected by Heinrich Jürs SS-Brigadefuhrer who was killed April 28th 1945. Of this collection, postcards, period photographs, and news clippings were all period signed with some being placed into a series of scrap books. The collection was acquired from the family of Heinrich Jürs during the 1960's and has since remained in one collectors possession.
