The card is issued to Janina Zdanowicz, née Bergiel from Lublin (southwest Poland). She was born on June 21, 1925 in Ozorków (central Poland). She is catholic and works as an office clerk. The card is dated to July 5, 1944 and valid until July 5, 1948.
