Constructed of silvered aluminum bullion wires, interlaced with green threading, on a forest green upper; blue rayon backer, with the majority of its original paper backing still intact; measuring 101 mm x 42 mm; uniform removed; salty; with the wreathed swastika slightly separated from the eagle; in fine condition.
