Constructed of densely woven machine embroidery consisting of red, white, and red threading; on a white rayon backer; marked “Ges. Gesch.” on the rayon in addition to the RZM-HJ tag, reading “A4/302” and “No 253283” on the reverse; measuring 97 mm x 55 mm; lightly soiled from storage and light remains from previous collector mounting; in unissued condition.
