An Mint Early Set of SS-Mann Collar Tabs; Type 2 (1934-1940)

A mint example of a set of SS-Mann collar tabs; Type 2 (1934-1940); consisting of a left and right collar tab - the left collar tab is blank, finished with a black wool upper, and with black/silver alternating piping around all four edges of the tab; the right tab with a set of hand-embroidered SS runes in silvered aluminum bullion wire tightly wrapped around a white fabric core; with matching black wool uppers and piping; both with an early buckram core; measuring 58 mm x 44 mm; an extremely well preserved set in overall mint condition.
