A Wartime NSKK Training Seminar Certificate to Oberscharführer Fritz Ottmar

It states that Oberscharführer Fritz Ottmar, born 1908, successfully participated in a pre-military NSKK training seminar of Motorsturm 1/M 78 from May 1 to July 31, 1940. The document is dated to Ansbach (Bavaria) on August 5, 1940 and signed in blue ink by an Obersturmführer and Deputy Leader of Motorstandarte 78, his name is indecipherable.
