A fine unissued example of a Wehrmacht Heer (Army) gold grade driver’s proficiency badge; in gilded bronze; the obverse depicting a laurel leaf wreath and a steering wheel; with a field grey wool backer; with the prongs fully intact on the reverse; with its paper backer fully preserved; measuring 54 mm in diameter; slight loss to the gilt finish from storage; in overall near extremely fine condition.
