Russia (Imperial); Multi-piece construction, Gold with red, white and green enamels, handpainted "S" on both centrepieces, weighing 24.8 grams inclusive of its ribbon, marked "56" beside the St. Petersburg city mark on the reverse of the integral ring, hallmarked and maker marked "IK" (Julius Keibel of St. Petersburg) on the reverse of the upper and lower arms respectively, 45.8 mm x 49.3 mm, on a full-length original neck ribbon, intact enamels, extremely fine.
