A second war German “Verwundetenabzeichen”; oval shaped blackened metal (magnetic); the obverse pebbled with a Stahlhelm featuring a large mobile swastika on its side superimposed on crossed swords within a wreath of laurel wreaths with a tied bow at the bottom; the reverse plain with a vertical needle style pin and a functional hinge/catch assembly; measuring 44.30 mm x 36.70 mm; weighing 8.4 grams. Accompanied by its miniature stick pin; in blackened metal (magnetic) 47 mm needle pin; measuring 9 mm x 7 mm; overall extremely fine condition.
