Germany (Third Reich); Chrome-plated metal, non-magnetic, 115.8 mm diameter voided swastika mounted to a slot in the finial cap, the open end at the bottom for placement of the flag pole measuring 31 mm in diameter, the top measuring 210 mm in height, period newspaper rolled up inside the cap, contact marks and surface wear evident on both sides of the swastika, better than very fine.
