New Zealand; New Zealand Fire Brigades Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (silver, engraved "S J HULL" on the rim, 36 mm, original ribbon with pinback, in its hardshelled case of issue, New Zealand coat-of-arms on the lid, maker marked "ROYAL MINT" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed); and New Zealand United Fire Brigades' Association Long Service Medal for Five Years' Service (silver, obverse illustrating a standing fireman with a hose in his hands, flanked by shields and the letters "N' and "Z" (New Zealand) on either side, inscribed "UNITED FIRE BRIGADES ASSOCIATION" above and "AUXILIUM IN PERICULO" (Power in Danger) in Latin on the ribbon banner below, reverse inscribed "LONG SERVICE MEDAL PRESENTED TO" above the engraved inscription "S.J. HULL - BY - Kawerau F.B.", inscribed "FOR FIVE YEARS SERVICE DATE COMPLETED" above the engraved date "14-8-89" (August 14, 1989), suspended from an ornate bar suspension, original ribbon, pinback hanger with three prongs).
