Russia (Imperial); Multi-piece construction, Gold with red, white and green enamels, handpainted "S" on both centrepieces, weighing 22.1 grams inclusive of its ribbon, Kokoshnik assay marked with a woman's head beside the number "56" on the integral ring, Russian coat-of-arms marked and maker marked "AK" (Albert Keibel, St. Petersburg, 1899-1908) on the reverse, measuring 46.5 mm x 50.5 mm, on a full-length folded over original neck ribbon, the ends of which are sewn together, chipping evident in the green enamels on the wreath and crazing in the white enamels on the centrepiece on the obverse, better than very fine.
