A German Luftwaffe Heimat und Alarm Flakartillerie (Homeland and Alarm Flak Artillery) stick pin; in aluminum finished metal (magnetic); 40 mm long needle pin; measuring 30 mm x 19 mm; extremely fine condition.

 

 Footnote: This is a stick pin of one of the Heimat und Alarm Flakartillerie civil group, which consisted of factory and office employees in industrial areas, who were trained to to fire anti-aircraft flak fire close to their place of work. This stick pin was awarded upon completion of Flak training.
