A 1918 Ludwig & Maria Therese Golden Wedding Medal A Bavarian (20.2.1918) Ludwig & Maria Therese Golden Wedding Commemorative Medal (Goldene Hochzeits-Jubiläumsmedaille); in silvered metal (magnetic); the obverse depicting the rightward facing busts of King Ludwig III of Bavaria and Archduchess Maria Therese of Austria, inscribed with their wedding date (20.2.1918) below; the reverse inscribed “Zur Erinnerung An Die Goldene Hochzeit” (In remembrance of the Golden Wedding), decorated with both coat of arms and laurel leaves; on loop for suspension; with its period original ribbon; measuring 37.98 mm in diameter; weighing 20.9 grams; in better than fine condition.
