The Frontnachrichtenblatt (Front Newspaper) der Luftwaffe was intended to help pilots and other Luftwaffe personnel profit from each other’s front experiences and to improve workflow. The first part of the newspaper is dedicated to the achievements of the Luftwaffe, describing the successes of German pilots in the Battle of Britain and especially the bombings of London between October 15 and November 20. The second part highlights the achievements of the Italian Air Force. The next bit describes the impact of the German aerial attack on Great Britain. Finally, the last few pages tell the stories of especially successful Luftwaffe missions of the recent past. Because of the sensitive information on the front page it states that the newspaper is for internal use only, and is not to be taken on combat flights.
