Constructed of four strands of very fine quality silver aluminum bullion wires wrapped around a white fabric core, wound in a Russian braid U-formation; with a green wool underside and off-white piping along the edges; with two gilt rank pips and a gilt Administrative Personnel cypher attached to the board; with the prongs of the pips showing on the underside, and with the prongs of the Administrative cypher hidden; measuring 115 mm x 43 mm; attractive patina from age; in very fine condition.
