A fine example of a third reich period German Reichs-Midwife’s Association (Deutsche Reichs Hebamme) membership badge; a round badge in gilt bronze and multi-coloured enamels; the obverse inscribed “Im dienste der Zukunft unseres Volkes” (In the service of the the future of the German peoples”; horizontal pinback; marked “Ges. Gesch.” on the reverse; measuring 36.58 mm in diameter; in overall better than very fine condition.
