Germany. An EM/NCO's SS Sleeve Eagle

Machine woven SS eagle, in silvery rayon threads, on black rayon cloth material, circa 1940-1945 period manufacture, measures aproximatelly 72mm (or 3 inches) wing tip to wing tip, in unused, mint condition.
