c.1941 A scarce order with an impressive silver base with white enamelled insignia with centre left-facing bust of Andrej Hlinka, reverse horizontal pin maker marked "K" denoting manufacture by the national mint at Kremnica, marked "987" (silver), measuring 76.8 mm (w) x 89.3 mm (h), with light crazing evident in the white enamels, extremely fine. Footnote: Order was issued September 11th 1939 was institutionalized.
