A fine example of a German third reich period 1937 NSKK (Natioanl Socailist Motor Corps/Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps) 7. Orientierungsfahrt der Motostandarte 78 table medal, a round cast medal in feinzink, maker marked “C. Balmberger, Nürnberg” on the reverse, measuring 74 mm in diameter, in its original case of issue, constructed of heavy pressed paper, with a blue faux leather (leatherette) exterior; lined interior lid and a recessed medal bed; with a functional spring catch with stud release and dual functional hinges; measuring 104 mm x 104 mm; in overall extremely fine condition.
