Great Britain; British War Medal (24766. PTE. 1. L.J. PARISH. R.A.F.); and Victory Medal (24766. PTE. 1. L.J. PARISH. R.A.F.). Naming is officially impressed. Un-mounted, the BWM with edge nicks and a replacement ribbon, the VM with bruising, surface wear and its original ribbon, contact marks on both, very fine.

Footnote: Private 1st Class Leonard Joseph Parish, Royal Air Force was born in 1883 in Sussex. He was employed as a Cook when he attested with the Royal Flying Corps in 1916.
