Germany. A SS Sword Hanger by Hermann Aurich of Dresden

An extremely fine example of a third reich period SS sword hanger; constructed of a 18 mm wide silver aluminum bullion embroidered tress, sewn onto a blackened leather backer, in the form of a 352 mm x 20 mm; with a single rivet for hardware suspension, consisting of an aluminum buckle and a metal (magnetic) spring loaded clip - marked “DRGM” and with the stylized logo of “Hermann Aurich, Dresden” on the reverse; all attached to a metal (magnetic) suspension, featuring a multi-chain link, as well as a L-loop for uniform attachment; a gently used example, in overall extremely fine condition.
