In bronze with horizontally pierced integral ball suspension, measuring 35mm (Diameter), on old, later ribbon, lightly worn, near extremely fine.Issued in a single grade to the volunteers who took part in the campaign of Luzo, a military engagement between Spain and the Philippines (The Philippines War of Independence).
