In bronze, engraver marked "E.J. De Bremaecker" on the obverse, 30.5 mm (w) x 47.5 mm (h), without ribbon, green oxidation evident on the obverse, very light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Commemorative Medal of the 1914-1918 War was instituted on July 21, 1919, initially for award to Belgians who had served with the armed forces in the 1914-1918 war.
