Germany. A 1936 XI Summer Olympic Games in Berlin Badge by Werner Redo

Constructed of gilt medal (magnetic) and off-white/cream coloured enamels; the obverse depicting the Brandenburg gate ontop of five interlocked Olympic rings; horizontal pinback; maker marked “Werner Redo, Saarläutern” and “Ges. Gesch.” on the reverse; measuring 30.15 mm (w) x 32.76 mm (h); weighing 4.6 grams; in overall extremely fine condition.
