Serbia, Kingdom. An Order of Kara-George with Swords, Fourth Class Knight, by Bertrand

In silver gilt and enamels, measuring 37mm (x 58mm including crown suspension), of WWI period French (Bertrand) manufacture, hardly worn, no chipping to enamels, in virtually mint condition (difficult award to find in such pristine condition); in case of issue, marked inside of the lid "Bertrand, Paris"; seldom awarded cross for Bravery and held in high esteem.
