Of the highest rarity, the Norroy King of Arms badge in gold with delicate enameling, obverse depicting the Norroy Coat of Arms in red, white and blue enamels, crowned with the Lord of Arms Crown, with a green enamel surround, reverse depicts of the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom in red, white and blue enamels, with a white enamel surround, topped by Georgian Crown, oval, hollow with two halves pinned by 6 finely placed pins, measuring 43 mm (w) x 59 mm (h -inclusive of integral ring suspension), green enamel obverse exhibiting flaking, remains very fine.

This offering is a part of the "Dr. Albert Goodwin Collection", a preeminent assemblage of world Orders, Medals, and Decorations composed solely by Dr.Goodwin between 1946-1967. Dr. Goodwin had a successful career as an educator and prominent physician in New York as well as actively serving in both World Wars with the United States Medical Corps.
