Constructed of black wool, with with a silver aluminum bullion machine embroidered tresse looped around all edged of the straps, with white piping around the edges of the straps; each with a button-hole and a tongue on the underside to be slipped onto the uniform; measuring 48 mm (w) x 114 mm (h); in absolutely mint and unissued condition.
