Constructed of gilt aluminum; the obverse with an oval lightly pebbled field depicting a political national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, surrounded by an open-ended wreath tied together at the base via a ribbon; the reverse with a standard catch and double pronged bar; maker marked “RZM M4/27” for “Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid” on the reverse; measuring 56 mm; in virtually mint condition.
